Vegas Bound
We’re heading to Las Vegas tomorrow morning for a buisiness conference. This means one thing - RESTAURANTS!
Las Vegas has gone through a real change in the last 10 years or so. It used to be the land of the cheap food - Prime Rib dinners for $3.99! Shrimp Cocktails for 99 cents! Uh, yeah. It’s not like that anymore.
Thankfully.
It is now full of celebrity chef establishments in outrageous hotel complexes. I’m not complaining. We’ve certainly done our fair share of eating at those places in the past couple of years.
This year we’re going to try to go to a few new places, rather than the same few places we’ve been to in the past few times we’ve been there. And hopefully we’ll chronicle our adventures.
Of course, Vc will be there, and I so I suspect we’ll be frequenting Mr Hotdog - perhaps several times a day. And a trip to Vegas isn’t complete without having a Roys Hawaiian Martini… or two.
