
Southwestern Grilled Sirloin with Black Bean Salsa

Black Bean Salsa:
Combine all ingredients. Add olive oil to desired consistency. Let sit at room temperature for 4 hours to maximize texture, flavor.
Sirloin:
Marinade in favorite southwestern marinade mix for 2+ hours (I use Southwest Chipotle Marinade by Chef Paul Prudhomme). Grill to taste.
