Simple Sunday Dinner
Sometimes a nice, simple roasted chicken is just what is called for. It was kind of a lazy day today. The weather called for thunderstorms which, as is par for the course, did not appear. So the menu was chicken with a head of garlic cloves tucked here and there, carrots, and smashed red potatoes. Of course, a sliced tomato from the garden rounded off the meal.
