Short Ribs

I really enjoy grilling…I mean REALLY enjoy it. With my weber Genesis B gas grill, we never stop grilling, winter or summer, it doesn’t matter. I will admit it that I enjoy it in the summer best of all. Tonight we had dry rubbed bbq’d short ribs. I know its not “right” to some people to mix a dry rub meat with a sauced meat but what the heck. The ribs were rubbed with my wifes special blend of spices and sat for 5 hours in the fridge. Then slow grilled (300 degrees) for about an hour. Basted with an off the shelf barbeque sauce for the last 15 minutes. Yum Yum.

    You’re absolutely killing me. I’ve been trying to bbq ribs for weeks. I’m going to have to take some emergency bbqing time off from work to get this done. They look awesome.
