Talking about lots of smoke, the first time I used the grill I had assembled it wrong! The vents were in wrong, and I had smoke all over the house. I was seriously worried that we had invested in the grill and ventilation system only to find that it was unusable. It just turned out to be operator error ;-> Thanks, Jen!
