I may get tired of this one day….
Our new Viking Stovetop is incredible! It’s a 48″, 6 burner gas range with a grill. We went back and forth before we settled on this when we were designing our new house. Was 48″ too big? Did we really need 6 burners? Was adding the grill (and the upgraded ventilation system needed to handle the grill) really worth it?
Yes, it was. When I can grill a flank steak with squash, fennel and onions in the middle of winter, from the comfort of my warm kitchen, I know we made the right decision!
Thanks, Jen!
Talking about lots of smoke, the first time I used the grill I had assembled it wrong! The vents were in wrong, and I had smoke all over the house. I was seriously worried that we had invested in the grill and ventilation system only to find that it was unusable.
It just turned out to be operator error ;->
Santos - the image of the cranky lady being flushed out of her flat by your Viking range is just too funny!
One has to wonder what would bring a woman to mutilate foliage, eh?
