Fire Up the Grill

It was one of those exceptional days, temps in the low 70′s, low humidity, light breeze and sunny. I decided to cook some of my favorite things. For starters some bruschetta made with this great roasted garlic bread they have at the local grocers. As a main course,  flank steak marinated in a rosemary olive oil and spices. For desert, grilled apricots.

  

Marinade

2/3 cup olive oil
3 tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup fresh rosemary leaves (loosely packed)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Your favorite steak seasoning

I never had grilled fruit, except pineapple, I’ll have to try this.
