CSA Challenge - Day 1
As mentioned in one of my previous entries, I am determined to use all the produce from our CSA box this week. Tonight: Grilled yellow beans, fennel, yellow squash, onion and garlic, served with yogurt marinated chicken breasts.

- Snow Peas

- White Currants
- Red Currants
- Chard (left over from last week!)
- Sautee Mix (left over from last week)
- Italian Flat Leaf Parsley (left over from last week)
- 1 Pint Strawberries (left over from last week)
