We have been really remiss in taking advantage of our CSA produce box in the last few weeks. The weather hasn’t been so great, I’ve been coming home from work and saying, “No cooking tonight - we’re going out to dinner” and… well, I can come up with a million excuses.

So, as like last year, I am now getting swamped with Edamame from my CSA. However, unlike last year, I vow to at at least try to use it this year!

Oddly, the CSA boxes seem to become more manageable as the summer wears on. Yet at the same time, the boxes keep getting heavier! I think you’ll see why:
